Refund Policy
Last updated August 14, 2026
1. Premium subscriptions
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your organization's billing settings (the Stripe-hosted billing portal). Canceling stops future renewal charges, but you keep Premium access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off mid-period.
Because of that, subscription payments are generally non-refundable: canceling doesn't trigger a partial refund for time you've already paid for, since you keep using the plan through that time anyway.
If you upgrade or change plans mid-cycle, any price difference is prorated automatically by Stripe at the time of the change — you won't be double-charged for the same period.
2. Free trial
The Premium free trial doesn't require a card and doesn't charge you anything — there's nothing to refund during a trial. If you don't convert to a paid plan, it simply lapses back to Free on its own.
3. One-time purchases (cosmetics and achievement packs)
Personal cosmetics (themes, avatar frames, banners) and organization achievement packs are one-time purchases, delivered instantly — ownership is applied to your account or organization as soon as payment completes. Because delivery is immediate and the content is genuinely applied and usable right away, these purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described below.
4. When we will make an exception
We'll issue a refund if:
- You were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a bug on our end, or a charge after you'd already canceled);
- A purchase never actually applied — you paid, but the subscription tier, cosmetic, or achievement pack never unlocked;
- You're otherwise entitled to one under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
To request one, contact us at orgdeckinfo@gmail.com with your account email and what happened — we'll look into it and respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to show up after we process it.
